Billing questions
Is verification really free?
Yes, always. Verification is unlimited and free on every plan, including Free, with no account required. Only signing — attaching provenance to new content — is metered.
What happens if I go over my monthly signature quota?
On the Free plan, signing is hard-blocked once you hit your monthly quota (no surprise charges). Starter, Growth, and Scale allow overage at a per-signature rate that decreases as you move up plans. Enterprise has no quota or overage — usage is unlimited.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard billing page; changes apply to your next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing on paid plans saves 20% compared to monthly billing.
What's included in every plan, even Free?
Unlimited free verification, the JS/Python/Go/Rust/Java/PHP SDKs, and the CLI. Higher plans add more monthly signatures, team seats, longer analytics history, tamper alerts, webhooks, and compliance features.
